Mike leads the NextGen team with 30+ years of experience in fluid power sales and management, having served as a sales manager for another fluid power distributor and obtained a degree in Fluid Power Technology

Travis DeSmet

Design and Purchasing

Travis brings fluid power systems design expertise and CAD skills to NextGen, along with leadership of key customer accounts and purchasing. Under his belt, he’s got 16+ years of experience in the fluid power industry and a degree in Fluid Power Technology.

Josh Hansen

Business Manager

Josh joined NextGen in 2023 and handles day-to-day business operations and manufacturing, including customer service. He’s equipped with a business degree and 15+ years of experience in the agricultural industry.
